Ha! - Omnipoint and other associated players (read GSM) getting sued by FCC for bid-rigging in the PCS auctions. I hope Schmidt of Omnipoint is fingered in the investigation. He almost sunk CDMA when he was at Sprint and refused to use CDMA. They had to fire him to get the best technology.
