"I feel there is still a buying opportunity in Vanguard. In May 1996 the stock was 12.00 and dropped to less than 2.00 in December. The new destinations that started just on December 21st,1996 and a cracker jack CEO reorganizing the Airline which apparently was under poor management prior to his arrival, and this news could make for a short term investment profit."
