What did the trick for me ,i am wearing a prescription glasses and for that matter i went to Lens crafters and let them make a pair of glasses with UV coating and i don't now what else ( their suggestion )
but what i insisted on was 20 - 10 % coloring just to take the brightness of and only for top 1/3 of lenses ,rest down to the bottom has only something what they call anti glare coating and is about 3-5% of color ... ( pls. don't take numbers for 100% it is at least 1 1/2 year and i don't remember exact settings or wording what they used ..

BUT ever since i don't have problem with my eyes .... just try it for a couple of days with ordinary sun glasses and you will see if it will be of any good for you !!! remember don;t use some cheap sun glasses , that would be worst than without it ... you need something
with both UV protection on it .. other way your cornea thanks to dark glases opens up and you could have bigger problems than before ...

FWIW .... tlb
