The 8-Series is out of production and I've also heard about the problems with the maifolds, breaks etc. I'm looking for a long legged cruiser rather than a compact sedan. The M3 is nice but common. Approx 50K produced a year. The advantage the Brits have is in ride quality and heritage. Though they still employ Lucas the prince of darkness for their electrics. I've heard the Jaguar setting are a bit limp. Cheers HK
