REH, Slight confusion here. <is the beneficial owner of 3,054,200 shares or 1.550% of the common stock outstanding of Rambus Incorporated ("the Company")> According to Yahoo, the float is 13.3 mil and the total outstanding is 22.9 mil. They must be using the 1.5% number on shares authorized but not issued. I don't have the details of authorized shares but that would bring the authorized to 200 mil. That doesn't sound right to me. John edit:Typo perhaps, as 15% of outstanding shares comes out just right.
