Thean,
Your work account and home account undoubtedly use different DNSs (Domain Name Servers). Those are the servers that convert www... addresses to URLs (###.###.###.## addresses). That's why using URLs is faster and more reliable, you don't have to wait nor rely on a DNS to translate for you. It's not at all hard for me to believe that Ts DNS is the source of your grief if you're not using the URLs. If you are using URLs and still suffering server congestion the only solution I know is to find a different ISP. I experienced a lot of congestion on Ts servers when I tried them, I was hoping they had it straightened out by know.
It looks a bit like the ever fickle momo decided ASPT was the better telecom deal than PRMS today. The anal-ysts certainly think so. Wonder where they'll go tomorrow tomorrow, besides EBAY? PRMS's close looked pretty weak to me.

PS. It looks like RADAF might have gotten a bit of it's ol' momo back.
