Patricia,

This is where it gets very complicated. The 19MM shares were not issued to just one person. There is still no hard and fast evidence that the 19MM shares in question were even issued illegally. It all depends on who you want to believe, if anyone.

Jack Uselton claims that any and all shares issued after April 21st are illegal shares. The Christensen camp claims that they were all issued legally under rule 504.

Note that MTEI did not own the shell on April 21st and the shares were issued under ICVI. They went to places like Karvi Corp, MLJ Management, CSaw, Growth International, Merit/Rampart. None of these shares were restricted. ALL were free trading shares. Without a current shareholder list, it is impossible to say if these companies still own the shares or not. My guess would be that the shares were all sold in the run-up. Like Tim said, many of us probably own those shares now.

Note also that CSaw, Growth, and Merit/Rampart are all George Guttman companies.
