"The financial devastation caused to the Small Investor on each of the several occasions the NASD has
arbitrarily raised standards for its Listing and Maintenance Qualifications." Not knowing anything about this Investor group, my first reaction is, what a strange position to take. Gosh, if you raised the standards for listing and maintenance, maybe, just maybe, we would not have had to deal with losses on companies like MTEI and others that we are all familiar with. That is the only kind of financial devestation I would like to prevent. If a company is not reporting, I could care less if they can't trade in the public markets, that is their problem. There is NEVER a good reason not to be a reporting company with audited financials to benefit potential investors....is there? I say, raise the standards as soon as possible!
