What rings so true on Omnipoint is look how fast investors were to sell Omnipoint. If these investors were owners and not momentum players, the stock would not have fallen $4 in five minutes.

Also, take a look at the earnings release. Its baaaaddddd.

If you adjust for the increase in debt, OMPT lost about $250 million in cash. Its current ratio fell to 0.71.

Its interest costs are still higher than sales, even though those interest costs suspiciously fell sequentially, while debt soared to $1.1 billion.

They had to adjust their subscriber base down by over 40,000 subscribers.

Revenues actually fell sequentially! Let me repeat this, their revenue fell on a sequential basis!
