Well, my only difficulty with your hypothesis is that I don't know which 'world' has greater leverage, i.e. those who benefit from lower oil prices--airlines, truckers, motorists and travel-related businesses or those hopin' and prayin' for higher prices--drillers, OPEC, Canada, Russia, Texas etc....
You'll notice that I have boldly not marked this OT 'cause it's your thread and as long as I'm corresponding with the doyenne of the thread, ain't nobody gonna mess with me!<ggg>
