From my last post.

The board declared a dividend of one ''preferred share purchase right'' for each outstanding common share held by shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17.

If a shareholder own X amount of common shares do they get X amount of PREFERRED SHARES at no cost.. or do we have to pay something to get the preferred shares..
