And, according to the site, after weeding out potential cases of corporate influence buying, it targets potential movers. Among this week's Periscope picks is Scios Inc. (SCIO), a biotech issue that writer Bob Gabele says has not only been the subject of recent insider activity but of particularly well-timed trades in the past.
