I have owned SCTI since the run up to 36.. I have a Q.. I was watching today and all the trades were going through without a tick. There were blocks of 20K 50K 100K and only 3 small trades, to me there were some insiders acquiring. Notice how the bid/ask went up at about 11 EST, and most of the trading went on after that without a bump in the bid/ask. That is not a cooincidence IMO...
