PMRS's near term bottom/support is $12. But with the positive INTC news, the techs may not head lower much and PMRS fits the bill of a growing small caps. If it can close above $14 1/4, then the road to the upside will be the mirrow image of the decline lines of the summer. Call it inverted H&S with captain notches.

INTV - yes, it was pumped up with mo-mo money just like when it broke $25. I'm afraid this mo-mo train is going to push higher as it is breaking in totally new territory with no upside cap.
