I admire your interest in this area. I actually am in this "field" and agree that buying TNSI "at this point" is a good idea but the competition is fierce in this business.

ATT has the muscle and other "value-added" data communications solutions that make them the player of choice. CompuServe's Network Services Division is a far cry from "going south" like the Online division with 30% growth over the last 5 years and also a major player with AT&T (they have VISA as a customer).

Unfortunately, this is a very "price sensitive" industry where TNSI sometimes almost gives away the business....obviously cutting heavily into their margins-
