A) offering IE 4.0 to Apple, and
B) offering IE 4.0 to Apple coupled with a threat of stopping development of Mac Office if Apple didn't not only accept IE 4.0 but also stop promoting Netscape Navigator?

I was arguing your first example in my previous posts. I don't think Microsoft did anything wrong there. But I don't agree with your word "threat", I called it "negotiate". See my post:

A) offering a competing product to Quicktime, and
B) offering a competing product to Quicktime while simultaneously making changes in the Windows Registry so that Quicktime would not work correctly?

I never addressed your 2nd examples before because I don't believe it is true. That is why I said you always listen to one side of story and believe it. It is DOJ's allegation, it is not the fact.

So I didn't shift anything here, maybe you should read more carefully.
