[Unknown Category] Or is it. <<Hi Himanshu... The IPO Financial Network report dated 1/3/97 shows: Amati Communications 1,204,913 shares at $18.75 as a secondary offering. Sorry, I assumed this was already discussed on the thread. The report doesn't have an underwriter specified as yet. Which means it just got on this weekly report. Next weeks report may specify the underwriters, but they have indeed filed for a secondary (or intend to shortly). The initial pricing of $18.75 (though it doesn't mean it will be the eventual pricing) seemed a bit odd and that's why I asked. Techie>> So whats the truth here? Pat says the company says NO Secondary, Techie says the above. whos story is correct?
