No one knows how low these stocks can go. The only one that looks to me, like it has bottomed out is Intel. It bounced off of its 200 day moving average and has been able to stay above it. I bought back in when it was able to perform in this manner.

Remember IBM in the early 80's went from $174 to $30, and then went back to $130. This was a bell weather at the time but fell below its 200 day moving average and continued to go to the basement. One can never tell how far down a good company can go - this happened before Steve Jobs.
