If you want to open a short position, I seriously ask
you to reconsider your decision. KTEL's market cap
is less than $200 million. Its floating shares are
single digit. Microsoft is a big factor which you
can not ignore. It will not buy KTEL up, but equity
investment is not impossible. Playboy deal is a real
revenue generator. Think twice before you make the
decision. However, it is a trading stock. Whether
it can become a $1B internet company will leave to those
big traders.
