MEP announcement: MEP will hold a training session for its field agents in mid-January to teach them to use the TAVA CD. So hits to the database should start showing up in Feb. and March, in time to have some effect on the quarter ending 30 March 99. My MEP man doesn't yet know the "charge per hit" users will pay. But he seemed excited about getting the project rolling. Plus he went out of his way to get my phone call answered as he was traveling.
