I just got my new Dell laptop in the door today, man is that a great machine Inspiron 7000 it arrived 2 days a head of time and it started right up when I checked the mail today the packing slip/invoice was there from dell. Great timing and great machine I am a very happy customer. I have been long dell for a few month and when I needed a laptop I bought it at the internet site. Another great thing is the ease of tech support, not that I hope I will need it When you start it up the first time it gives you your machine # and there is a link to a dell page where you can get help if you need it. Just so high tech, I fell like they are taking care of me. That 15" screen is bad I almost need sun glasses to look at it, just great Best of luck The Saint
