Interesting comment from the interview: Question: Are there particular types of acquisitions that the company is targeting today in terms of product mix? Answer: Not necessarily. We are looking at a large mix right now. We're a little bit tougher in our selection process than we have been in prior times. We feel that there has to be a perfect fit. So John, does this imply that the Y2K product was not a perfect fit, or is this indicative of the fact that the chat software has not worked out? I didn't get a very strong sense from him about what CSHK was going to do after the spin off and drop off in their Y2K sales. I wonder how much they paid for this interview?
