(Soros' 13D) Looks like George is selling 10,000 shares per day.

I read through the 13D filed by the Soro group. It gives some additional information.
In annex C, it lists a number of stock transactions for every day in November. Each day, several funds sell 5000, 2500, 830, 1110 and 560 shares for a grand total of 10K shares per day.

Not all the funds are selling shares, only 5 out of the 14 listed.
But this is probably still happening every day, contributing to the downtrend.
If you think about it, 20K in volume every day just to distribute Soro's shares. (remember each NASDAQ transaction counts twice, # shares sold + # shares bought)

I don't think this is anything to get excited about. Even if this continues, it will May before all shares are sold. By then AMTX will probably activate the final part of the financing agreement for an additional 5 million.

<Have you seen any light at the end of this tunnel yet ??>

Reminds me of a joke I heard yesterday.
Due to cutbacks in spending, the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off <G>
