I am having a major problem with datek.6 minutes to fill a market order on ktel(to sell)as ktel was in an up move.Cost me $2,000.00.I bought at 30 when i sold stock was UP trending at 31 to 32.I got filled six minutes later at 26.Profit of 400.00 to loss of 2000.00 or a 2400.00 swing Thanks DATEK!I was told order went to island,no match then somewher else etc.I am not taking this.I will be going to mediation etc.Iam interested in any other peoples problems too.Let me know.By the way. I have traded 2000+ plus times with these guys in the last year. I was told 1)well all your other trades executed fast... 2 )You need a real broker who can be your market maker..we can't do that.3)other b.s. Oh yeah their server broke down when i needed it most before that trade. I had to call.Remember.if you really need a trade at 3-4 pm forget it!!
