Heres another" Residual complaint." except it happened today. Was long Ktel at 30 put MARKET sell order at 3 43.Filled at 3 49.Listen i sold this stock while the market was moving UP!.By dateks own admission it was 31-32 on the bid.WHY didn't they fill me?Hey,they got great excuses.island tried to match you, couldn't then you went to curley, larry and moe,and they couldn't fill you,so by the time i was filled,it was only six minutes later.I could understand if i sold into a down market, ktel was tanking when i got filled. But i sold a full dollar above where i bought.Datek acknowledges this..So as i said on the datek sucks thread,$400.00 profit to 2000.000 loss. Thanks Datek. Of course i won't tell you how i couldn't even get a server on a ktel trade before that, how i had to wait on phone, then hear this ahole tell me he really couldn't wait for me to get the optimum sell price.
I will be fighting this down the wire.Mediation, lawyers etc are all my options. What i really want to know is how many people are being fcked like this? 2 days befor i lost 2 grand also because i couldn't get a server. They have yet to respond to me.So unless this is resolved to my satisfaction i will be contacting a law firm.I may not be the greatest trader but with dateks help no one will ever be.
