But with all the lawsuits, why would the volume nearly double and the stock go up 1 3/8? Who would be clamoring to buy ZAP under these conditions and why? Someone knows something we don't. Obviously I'm not recommending everyone stock up on Zap at this stage, but I find today's events fairly peculiar. It'll be interesting to see what tomorrow brings.
