joe, The difference is it is a lot cheaper to give away software than hardware.. I think CSCO is so full of it, it's not even funny.. I think ASND is suffering because their technology seems to be lagging and I think my logic is suffering due to low batteries, going to bed.. talk tomorrow ;-) Steve
