The individual from Intel wasn't at a meeting, and his manager testified to that, yet he
knows what was said first hand (this is normally called hearsay). This whole trial is
becoming a JOKE.

You guys need to get with the program. This trial IS NOT about IE integration with the OS. As a stockholder, haven't you all been following this? The IE stuff was last year.

The trail has been focusing on meetings with Netscape, Apple, AOL, and now Intel. I'm sure they are all liars in your world, but this is basic law 101? It's called creating a pattern of behavior that hurt consumer choice.

Now keeping track of Microsoft version of these meetings is a little more difficult. "We just wanted to talk about our cool software". "No, they wanted money. Greedy little startup". "Hey, Hey, it was their imagination". "No, No, it was a setup". "Setup it was, Yea, that's the ticket".

How stupid do you think we all are?
