Spirochete... Pretty cool name, whatever it means. Generally, buying anything at market and at the open -- especially a Net stock -- is leaving yourself completely vulnerable. Better you maybe heed these words than learn the hard way on your own, no? Memory tells me most IPOs kick off flat or strongly, and a better, cheaper entry point becomes available eventually. It may be sometime later today. It may be next week. No one knows. But the usual decline was the case with Inktomi and eBay, to name two examples. They dipped big time before soaring later. Why, oh why, buy high? Better to wait, Spiro... just my two cents.
