Am I the only one disturbed by the comment from VP Doug Hill where he states that " if XYLN has Bay's sale staff, we could do a lot better".
If this is true, then why the hell doesn't the company go out and get a better sales staff?
I don't know how others feel about this but I am P@%**D OFF by this comment. This is a tremendous sign of mismanagement. Maybe they should explain to us what the hell they are going to do to remedy this situation.
