Yes 8 level II windows is 6 or 7 too many, especially if the volume is super high. Are you are watching yhoo amzn dell msft ebay and ktel etc etc?

Charts take up a lot less bandwidth than Level II.

If your message app window is popping up with buffer messages, then you definitely need to rethink your set up.
