Look at the big picture, Doug. It doesn't mean much when held up to "the audit is long overdue".

That notwithstanding, has anyone come up with a monetary value of the CA connection? "mutual equity" or whatever the phrase was doesn't really convey much.

And I think I have as good an idea of what my FTEL investment is about as is possible. I know a thing or two about telecomm, and the business of dealing in it.

You obviously know more than I do, but that doesn't mean I'm just some ignorant whiner out here. I'm a computer professional and an investor, and I think I am raising very valid points.

IMHO, whatever number of times some possibly over-optimistic people may type "the audit doesn't matter", or suggest ignorance on the part of open-eyed investors, or say, in essence, "sell it if you feel that way" really doesn't do the "buy FTEL" case a whole lot of good. Actually, nothing but the release of the audit (again, IMHO) can do anything for this stock.

If it makes you more comfortable, Doug, just consider me "Devil's Advocate". I see some ugly aspects of this stock (not ugly enough to get me to unload it yet), and I'm just seeking feedback on those aspects.

Look at it just one moment as someone who is seeing this company for the first time, and you might be a little more tolerant of those who don't share your unbridled enthusiasm at the moment.

If/when the audit comes out, I, too, will be wildly optimistic.
