Good news kcgiant. I take a week off to vacation in Florida and come back to this long awaited NR. So they've explained the wait to us, it was the restructuring from merger to asset status for the health care acquisitions. AND, 14 new health care properties is a good thing. Everything looked pretty good until near the end. They've reduced their projections for 1998 from $21mil in sales to $19mil, and earnings from .10-.14 down to .09-.12. So we've got good news here, and bad news. It'll be interesting to see what the affect will be on the stock. DuGen
