Yes that is correct. Softbank/Zulu Media is seriously delinquent in payment to us. Further, negotiated discounted payments were covered with bad checks and finally, got to a point of no payment. This is over a six month period.

As much as we want their business, we could not continue to provide services under these circumstances.
