They are not even in the same realm in terms of bill of matieral pricing. CDMA bill of matieral is higher than the analog BOM. analog chipsets have been around since 1980's and are on like the 10th -15th generation. It would be even more relevant to compare selling price to the CARRIER. this is the only one that matters. the carier can add any amount of subsidy they want on any given day for any reason. Consumer selling price is only a function of the day of the week.
