1- possible DRAM shortage
2- An offer has been made for a new CFO
3- The current semi analyst at Lehman should pick up coverage
for ALSC soon.
4- The canadian lawsuit-is NOT an issue
5- The spike in the stock price last week-new fund buying
6- Optimistic about the future
