Given the major restructuring, Proteon probably didn't
even "try" to make the quarter. A gain of a few cents
would have been lost given the one-time charge the
company is absorbing.

Clearly, they will now sweep all of the bad debts, write-
downs and miscellaneous charges into Q4 results, hoping
to position Q1 for the return to profitability.

I'm firmly convinced OpenROUTE is for sale from the
git-go. It may take longer than a few months and a profitable
Q1 would certainly help the valuation. But OpenROUTE is
a "special purpose" corporation!
