I shorted yesterday at $180, and plan to short more if I get the opportunity. I will not cover before I can have a 25-50% profit, which is possible in the next 2-6 weeks. I completely agree with you. Anything above $180 speaks minimum short-term risk especially if you shorted small and have a very flexible portfolio. I was planning to cover for a min. of $20 gain. But this morning's drop was tempting and the decision was fast. Good luck and I will be following.
