LoD, what would prevent Cpq from setting up a portion of their company with a BTO with a Direct Business Model. In other words, segment the company and take advantage of the BTO/Direct Model as well as the traditional retail sales channels? As far as being expensive...I'm not so sure this is true. However, given its true, Cpq has the financial resources to undertake the program. Its a question of their ROI on implementing the Dell business model. Stock Bull
