At 34 1/2 we're back to end July price levels, just before the iMac centric run up. To the unbiased eye, it might appear as though the opportunity has run its course and AAPL may drift toward 30 where July found it.

What may reverse the trend is Apple's as yet unannounced Christmas season strategy. It is expected that they will introduce a second tier to the iMac at the current price point, and drop the current iMac model to $999. There may be some significant other surprises as well.

Also, there may be greater buying pressure after the hoopla surrounding the release of Pixar's "A Bug's Life" movie. The publicity machine will be really crankin' at that time with lots of celebrity support.
