Actually, was a final draft notice ever issued to Clinton? I don't think it was. So technically, he would not have been a draft dodger, just someone who didn't volunteer, like Pat Buchanan, etc. All of them safe in college or whatever. None of them risked combat, none of them risked jail for their convictions. All equal in my eyes, except for Gore and a few others. Gore has an advantage over Kerry here, in that he doesn't bring it up every day like Kerry does, which looks lame and a little neurotic. Chaz
