<<There was a guy on CNBC this morning that said that their might be an oversupply of chips in the market (assuming a 20% increase in Q4 PC sales- not bad)- even if INTC's sales are growing, someone else's must be slipping, or were are in for another round of price cuts. >> If you are referring to Bill Fleckenstein, the guy is a perennially bearish short seller who is always negative on these stocks.
