Well, there have no land or buildings that they own. They've sold BIOS assets. They have some intellectual properties (primarily SysWiz and CardWiz). Valuation on that is a black magic, given that few customers are actually BUYING those technologies... Cash? CASH?? I don't think we're talking more than MILK MONEY...
