This is so predictable. Someone on CNBC mentioned that OnSale (ONSL) is in the same biz as Ebay, and the stock is taking off on a tear.

This is a mania, and I think even william is beggining to realize this.

E-tailers are nothing more than catalog-sales companies with a webpage instead of print. Sure, they save the printing costs of catalogs, but they spend it on incredibly expensive net connections.

Would LL Bean be worth 6 billion? I dont think so..

How about would LL Bean be worth 6 billion if they didnt have to pay to print their catalogs? (a more fair comparison) Nope, still not.

Sooner or later the suckers will realize this.
