Answering your request for service experience. My Dimension 400 modem went out, called Dell, they had a new one installed before lunch the next day. Superlative! I get this kind of service for 3 years for less than 100 bucks. Standard service in computerdom is to fix it wrong twice before they get it right, a week and three trips later. Such a sweet change!
