unclewest...Working with those numbers can be a source of great pleasure. It's like holding one of those big jackpot lottery tickets before the drawing and dreaming of what you are going to do with the winnings. It's just that the probability of winning with RMBS is a lot better. I just wonder why if the prospects are so good why there hasn't been an attempt to take it over. Steve
