If you read the following paragraph which came directly from the press release, you will see that CCGI made a good decision in how they recognized the assets. I believe this is why you have even more frustrations toward Roger and his talk of .04 cents per share.

An in-depth review of the acquisition transactions scheduled in September, made us aware that certain health care related acquisitions should be restructured as asset purchases to eliminate potential liabilities. These transactions were restructured from mergers to asset purchases, and accounted for using the purchase method of accounting as opposed to the pooling of interest method, as initially proposed. As a result, ComTech recognized only a pro rata portion of the operating results of the acquired assets in the quarter ended September 30, 1998. ComTech's acquired healthcare operations on a stand alone basis had combined revenue exceeding $40 million in 1997.

I hate to be a dead horse to death even more, but I am going to reiterate the fact that this is a small company, and that is one of the reasons for the delay in the release. They will make some "small" mistakes, but I believe it has been worth the wait. If you look at the expected earnings over the next couple of months, you can not feel like this is a worthless effort to buy the stock. I continue to feel good about the stock and am looking forward to the next few months.
