Matt: Just got back in town. Yes the FOX IPO is making the INF deal look very good indeed. FOX both upped the # of shares and the price. INF will be unable to up the # of shares only the price. We will likely not get details until Thanksgiving - or there abouts! However on the negative side - I cannot explain this little dip we are having. John
