(DRIV) agreed to offer software for sale to U S West Inc.'s (USW) U S West.net Internet subscribers. Financial terms weren't disclosed. In a press release Wednesday, Digital River said it will manage U S West.net's online software store. Digital River offers more than 131,000 software titles and other digital content.
