Jon, post directed to anyone on the thread are meant for that person and anyone else that wants to take the time to read. If someone wants to communicate to an individual only they should send a private message or e-mail. Your post was from an Information Management viewpoint. I want Dell to also provide guidance to the home PC folks that are having difficulty staying current on new technology. Dell is in the best position to explain to customers the latest and upcoming trends and could provide a valuable service to all customers via their website so the customers can make the best selection for their needs, present and future.
